REQUIREMENTS

  • Direct face to face sales experience, with the proven ability to close sales on the spot
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; friendly and approachable
  • Confident, clear communication and negotiation/influencing skills
  • High personal presentation
  • The ability to retain important information
  • Self-motivation, with a positive attitude and hunger for success; resilience
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to various sales event locations across Sydney during Sep/Oct (with potential for future work, depending on success)
  • Able to attend several hours training week commencing 9 September (days/times TBA) in our Alexandria office

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a casual Sales Associate with Lyka, you’ll attend pop-up sales events across Sydney (eg at farmers markets and shopping centres) and promote the benefits of Lyka, with the goal of achieving new subscriptions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with set up and pack down of equipment
  • Attract and drive consumer traffic to Lyka’s sales stands
  • Communicate the benefits of Lyka, effectively demonstrating product features and how it works
  • Assist customers as needed through the “build-a-box” process
  • Overcome objections and meet daily sales targets to achieve uncapped commission!
