We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate cum Cashier for our new Tea Shop/ Restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about tea, has experience in the food and beverage industry, and possesses excellent sales skills. The successful candidate will not only handle sales transactions but also actively market and promote our brand, educate customers about our products, and perform tea ceremony preparations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge and experience in tea ceremony preparation.
• A pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must already be residing in Dubai, UAE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and market our tea products to customers, both in-store and through other channels.
• Educate customers about our brand, tea varieties, and preparation methods, including conducting tea ceremonies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Report sales data and any discrepancies to the manager.
