2-3 years’ experience in Retail & Sales in Fashion Industry, preference on UAE experience.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary items, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the designer brand’s products, including features, materials, and design details.
• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to contribute ideas and implement displays that showcase the brand’s products effectively.
• Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and communicate with the management team for restocking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the showroom.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s image and values in interactions with customers.
• Manage reservations.
