REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a fashion or tailoring environment, with a focus on made-to-measure garments.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, cuts, styles, and fitting techniques for men’s clothing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Ability to understand and address customer needs with a personalized approach.

• Assist clients in selecting custom-made clothing, including suits, shirts, trousers, and jackets.
• Provide expert advice on fabrics, styles, and fit to ensure a tailored and personalized experience for each customer.
• Take accurate measurements and guide customers through the fitting process.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, fabric innovations, and made-to-measure techniques.
