RC Willey is searching for enthusiastic, career-minded sales associates to assist our customers in the Clearance department at our Delta Shores location. Our sales professionals earn lucrative incentives with a sales guarantee of $20.00 per hour for the first three months. We also provide extensive product training and support to enhance your ability to assist customers and increase your earning potential.

• Greet customers, determine customer needs and address any related concerns.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are taken care of.
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes.
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management.
