• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A continuous learner, always seeking to enhance and update skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle daily inbound and outbound calls.
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Adhere to insurance industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales contracts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Equipment: A desktop computer with a camera or a laptop with a Windows OS and MS Office.
• Headphones: USB noise-canceling headphones.
• Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps speed, with backup power and internet.
• Availability: Willing to work night shifts (Pacific Standard Time).
• Start Date: Immediate availability for full-time work.
