Made for Trade are a multi-award winning Glazed Roofing and Bi-Folding Door manufacturer with 3 sites across the Tees Valley.
Following unprecedented year on year growth, and in order to keep up with customer demand and expectation we are now recruiting for the role of Sales Associate based at our Wynyard Business Park Head Office, on a full time, permanent basis with an immediate start for successful candidates.
The Team –We’re a close-knit bunch so you’ll need to be an excellent team player as well as possessing the ability to work alone and take accountability for your work. If you can build good relationships quickly, this could be the ideal role for you.

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales strategy and overall sales targets
• Support the Sales Manager and our clients with product demos, training, exhibitions and site visits
• Achieve sales revenue / targets as agreed with the Sales Manager
• Act as an internal sales point of contact for prospects and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and deal appropriately with queries whilst achieving agreed KPIs
• Pro-actively outbound call to enable required prospects to customer conversion rate
• Convert prospects to customers as per conversion rate agreed with Sales Manager
• Deal with incoming website enquiries with the goal of converting them to sales
