Orillia Hyundai is a family run, community backed automotive retailer and service center. We are growing our sales department and looking for individuals with eagerness to grow into the role of Sales Associate with Orillia Hyundai. It is very important to us that this candidate brings a high level of professionalism, willingness and respect to the workplace. Successful candidates will receive the benefit of working with experienced associates and receive OEM level training to assist in learning the Hyundai Brand.

Roles of Sales Associate

• Provide high level of customer satisfaction
• Grow and service your personal client base
• Complete all necessary OEM courses.
• Provide the highest level of Hyundai product knowledge to our client base.
• Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.
• Knows and understands the laws (OMVIC) which govern retail auto sales.
• Build and network personal brand within the community.
• Sell vehicles in an attempt to achieve volume and gross profit targets.
• Assist in lot management.

What we need from you!

• Experience in customer service, and the ability to have meaningful conversations
• Valid G license
• Driving record in good standing
• Automotive sales experience an asset but not mandatory
• OMVIC certification
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
