This dynamic role will see you working across several local stores, allowing you to make a positive impact on even more people.

• Drive Lead Generation: Proactively approach and engage with potential customers daily.
• Achieve Targets: Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Support the Team: Assist the Customer Engagement Manager and Audiologist by scheduling and following up on appointments.
• Enhance Store Performance: Implement strategies to boost customer leads, increase foot traffic, and optimize store profitability.
• Promote Hearing Health: Encourage shopping centre visitors to take a quick, free 5-minute hearing test.
• Customer Interaction: Explain test results, recommend next steps, and build lasting relationships with both new and returning customers.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Assist the Store Manager with various tasks as needed.
