JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a full time Sales Associate/Receptionist/Team Lead at Willow, you will play a vital role in supporting our optometrists and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your responsibilities will include a mix of clinical, optical, and administrative tasks, making this a dynamic and rewarding position for the right candidate. If you have a passion for customer service, possess strong leadership skills, and are fluent in English and Chinese, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- At least one(1) year of experience in a sales or healthcare related field.
- Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
- Both fluent English and Chinese is required. Ability to speak any other additional languages is also an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics

Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with insurance billing and processing payments.
- Maintain office supplies and frame inventory.
- Assist with marketing and patient outreach initiatives.
Patient Interaction:
- Greet and check-in patients.
- Assist patients with pre-testing procedures such as auto-refraction, fundus photo and tonometry.
- Provide patient education on eye care, contact lens usage, and medication instructions.
Optical Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on their prescription and personal preferences.
- Measure patients for frame and lens fittings.
- Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed.
- Educate patients on the proper care and maintenance of their eyewear.
