Attention all skincare lovers! We are currently seeking talented candidates to join our team as sales associate for new stores. Our brand encompasses body care, skincare and home spa collections, carefully developed with the knowledge of nautral botanicals from traditional herbal medicine and scientific research. Using the finest natural active ingredients, along with a holistic approach to well-being, our products help restore the natural balance of the body and mind.
Key Responsibilities

1.Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

2.Sales Generation:

• Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

3.Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Educate customers on product specifications and usage.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.

4.Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Merchandise products on shelves and displays according to company guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations and security protocols.

5.Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
