Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our full suite of services to personal injury law firms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the personal injury legal industry, and the ability to articulate the value of our diverse service offerings to prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the legal field.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law firms’ operations and the challenges they face.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and consulting services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the personal injury legal industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are aware of our full range of services.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our consulting, SaaS, demand writing, and other services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding client needs and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape.
