QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience with a strong interest in sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. An interest in economics and finance is essential. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus for candidates with non-finance/economics-related degrees.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Open to travel once a quarter.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a CE Sales Associate, you will be part of a team of nine sales investment professionals located in Frankfurt, Madrid, and Amsterdam. You will support the broader CE Investments Team, comprising 55+ client-facing investment professionals. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders in Continental Europe and our UK Headquarters to grow our existing business and explore new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development: Contribute to new business development. Raising market awareness of our investment fund solutions and services by attending external and internal conferences, active pitching by taking part in roadshows and supporting the team with RFPs.
  • Cross-Selling: Develop internal network to identify cross-selling opportunities across the WTW portfolio, including insurance consulting, technology, and actuarial services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted client relationships by providing high-quality consulting advice during the sales process.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across Continental Europe and the wider WTW network.
  • Strategic Support: Support senior Growth Leaders in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Service Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our main advisory and fiduciary services, as well as individual Pooled Fund Solutions and how these can solve client needs.
  • Client Understanding: Use active listening skills to understand client needs thoroughly and apply sales acumen to propose tailored solutions that meet those needs.
