JOB OVERVIEW
As a Sales Associate at Ziyana Yachts, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote our products or services, and contribute to achieving sales goals. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, motivated and has a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
This is a Salary plus commission-based role. Your growth is limitless. We are looking for young and talented minds.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in [industry, e.g., retail, hospitality, or luxury services].

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sales goals and work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing tailored recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience from introduction to purchase.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate these to customers.
Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, up-selling, and cross-selling.
Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return for future business.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by keeping track of stock, organizing product displays, and informing management of low-stock items.
Administrative Tasks: Process transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet store and company-wide sales goals and support overall business objectives.
