Key Responsibilities:
- Market Appraisals: Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions for sales and lettings.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
- Business Generation: Actively seek new opportunities for market appraisals and instructions, maximizing every lead.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to hit sales and instruction targets, contributing to branch profitability and performance.
- Leadership & Development: Play a role in the growth and development of the team, supporting junior staff and contributing to strategic business discussions.
