Sales Brand Ambassador

Represents a luxurary brand, to increase awareness and drive sales.
Promotes the brand through various channels, including in-person interactions, social media, events, and product demonstrations.
Set up meetings with potential customers
Work from a large database of potential client list and also grow new clients
Visit customers
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and after-sales services.
Answer customers’ questions and address any concerns.
Cross-sell products to increase sales.
Ensure delivery of products and follow up on customer satisfaction
Handle returns and exchanges of merchandise.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Email promotions and product introductions
On line sales
Stay up-to-date with new products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong personality and able to operate from your home based office, reaching sales targets
Driven and a self motivated personality
Excellent cold calling skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent on line knowledge and skills
Able to think outside the box to increase sales
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English is a minimum requirement for this position
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and retail management systems.
Experience gained as a direct sales rep working independentl
