EDUCATION:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses. MS Office, capable of make analyses in Excel, Power Point presentations.
  • Desired: MBA or similar.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience. Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.

• Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship. • Develop business opportunities to support company growth.

  • Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with costumers
  • Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio. 2. Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote sell out, following business priorities
  • Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.
  • Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win / win business.
  • Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers’ business needs.
  • Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships. Specific for Peru: Supports : ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as it requires
