ENGISOFT Engineering is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is fluent in Arabic and has a strong background in business development, particularly within the Engineering & Construction sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote our educational programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and expand our reach within the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Represent the institute at networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
- Ensure that all activities align with the institute’s mission and values.
