Description:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process through strong relationships, opportunity qualification, business analysis, negotiations and closures.
- Identification and generation of opportunities with strong business development acumen.
- Acquisition of new clients and managing a client portfolio with the responsibility to grow numbers year on year.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date Account Plans with clear articulation of current status, target and progress.
- Managing pipeline to drive sales revenues and exceed targeted goals.
- Consistently achieving defined quotas by bringing value for new customers and offering more solutions to existing customers.
- Working closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts.
- Leveraging extended resources through effective collaboration.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings.
- Using effective time and territory management skills to maximise results.
- Preparing and delivering timely and accurate pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Sharing knowledge and be an active team player whilst demonstrating ownership of your goals and objectives
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM with leads and other data for timely reporting.
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
