Description:

Bridge is currently seeking a sales focused Sales & Business Development Representative that will be responsible for driving sales, establishing strategic relationships and building on client business success to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of sales experience working in or catering to the Ad/MarTech industries, have an understanding of Digital Media, Data, Programmatic Media, and be in a sales and/or business development role. This is a remote/work-from-home role, however it is preferred that candidates be local to the Tri-State (NJ/NY/CT) area in order to conduct in-person client meetings.

DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of BD professional experience, working in or catering to the MarTech industry in a data sales and/or business development role
  • Understanding of data marketing ecosystem, specifically DMP, DSP and programmatic buying processes
  • Solid understanding of mobile advertising, optimization strategies with an aptitude for emerging technology with major players in the digital advertising landscape
  • Understand the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing and audience targeting
  • Strong sales skills; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and closing net new business
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing account revenue through collaborative, solutions-based strategies
  • Achieve successful sales growth through net new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners and building the brand among exchange industry leaders
  • Managing pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Working with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging and positioning
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross- functional teams, and business partners
  • Working with the rest of the team on building the different use cases on top of the existing ones
