YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Partner/ Channel Management/ Indirect Sales
  • Technical background in Automation/ Robotics or machinery industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Independent, thorough and team oriented work attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets
  • Readiness to travel regularly to meet with channel partners and attend industry events

ABOUT THE ROLEYou will be part of the Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile Robots SE. If you are passionate about robotics, have a knack for building successful partnerships, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our collaborative robot solutions. As a Channel Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with distributors, integrators, and resellers. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth through effective channel management, relationship building, and collaborative initiatives.   • Develop, implement, and monitor channel strategies, plans and processes to ensure profitable channel growth
  • Establish criteria to identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors, integrators, and resellers
  • You lead internal projects (Channel platform) to develop the active channels
  • Localize corporate created seasonal content, assets, and campaigns to deploy with commercial partners and direct-to-market
  • Undertake partner capability assessments based on their go-to-market ability, to co-develop improvement plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel activities with broader business objectives
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for channel partners on product features, benefits, and positioning
  • Stay up to date on the B2B marketing trends, platforms, behaviors and tools to develop innovative methods and marketing ideas
