We are seeking an exceptional Sales Compensation Manager that can lead plan design and administration plus provide valuable analytics and reporting to our sales and finance leadership. This strategic role ensures our compensation plans align with our overall business objectives plus empowers and motivates our high performing sales teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth knowledge of sales commissions plan design and administration, ideally with high growth SaaS companies.
- Experience in sales compensation plan design for direct sales as well as for channel partner sales model.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Global experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales, finance and HR leadership to design compensation plans for all quota carrying sales roles.
- Define and administer fair and effective governance of compensation plans.
- Develop and manage an objective and efficient process for handling exceptions.
- Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
- Manage SPIFFS process and ensure effective use of the SPIFFS budget.
- Proactively work with field sales teams to provide prompt support on questions regarding sales commission plan, payout, etc.
- Develop analytics and dashboarding capabilities to report on key metrics.
- Publish quarterly business insights to executive leadership in sales, finance and HR.
- Conduct ongoing feedback on effectiveness of current sales compensation plans.
- Lead annual sales compensation planning process.
