Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, you’ll lead the land sales function for multiple estates in Darwin, NT. Key responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for the land sales function of one of the companies residential land estates in Darwin.
- The scope for this role includes liaison with the local builder community, valuers and financiers to coordinate packaged housing solutions and all facets of direct sales and local, national and international investment channel sales.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, contributing to market research, competitor and customer analysis.
- You will be provided with senior mentoring to enhance your potential as well as achieving the company’s business objectives.
