WESTON SALES CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY

Salary - £20,000 with uncapped OTE of £44,000
Hours - 42.25 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 3 weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday on one fixed shift pattern.
Opening hours - Mon to Fri - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday - 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our well-established team at our busy WestonStore.

• Create a warm and welcoming sales experience for our customers, assisting them in navigating vehicle choices and product offerings.
• Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently achieving personal and store-level sales and profit targets.
• Stay informed about our ever-evolving product range and services to confidently guide customers through their options.
• Work closely alongside your Business Manager to elevate the value of every transaction, fostering collaboration and receiving continual support as you advance towards excellence.
