JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize pre-set qualified leads to conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
  • Educate customers on our products, services, and the benefits of exterior home remodeling.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ homes, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to customers, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
