Description:

Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are partnering with top utility providers to offer tailored solutions to customers. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for direct customer engagement, helping them understand the utility packages that best suit their needs. You’ll use your natural communication skills to drive sales through in-person consultations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting role in the past 30 days.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face at promotional events and retail locations.
  • Build rapport quickly with potential clients to understand their utility needs.
  • Explain the benefits of switching to new energy, broadband, or gas packages.
  • Close sales and meet individual performance targets by providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering queries and handling objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve sales strategies.
