Description:
As a Dual Sales Consultant, you are the first face-to-face contact in the Centers with our potential clients to help them find the right solution that fits their needs and lifestyle and follow them through their hair journey! By building rapport and asking the right questions in a consultative setting, you can help many people with a hair solution that fits their wants and needs. We provide a consistent schedule that enables you to have great work-life integration and a base salary plus uncapped commissions. We provide an extensive training program on all solutions and programs. Most importantly you Make a difference! And help our clients confidently go after their dreams!
Executes Recurring Sales Excellence: Acts as the primary contact for existing clients and builds long-term relationships through room visits. Improves client retention, growth and recurring revenue through conversions, upselling and relationships. Promotes membership upgrades, add-on’s opportunities to increase memberships through renewal of benefits, performing past-client outreach and fee management activities. Collaborates with the team to ensure service satisfaction, including problem solving to construct win-win solutions.
Executes New Sales Excellence: Performs the HairClub consultation including a thorough discovery, value building, hair loss assessment, matching the client needs with the appropriate solution(s) and overcoming objections to enroll a new client. Follows through with every new client from first contact to initial membership, ensure client profile is accurately maintained. Utilizes sound organizational skills to follow through on potential clients that did not show or purchase. Generates new sales opportunities via cold calling, events and client referrals. Achieves new business revenue and volume goals.
Ensures Sales Compliance and Mitigates risk: Complies with all HairClub Business Rules and HairClub Professional Standards.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three years of Consultative selling experience
- University degree or equivalent working experience
