ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing new and existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets within your territory. The role will report to the Head of Sales and Client Strategy.
Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO;

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, service delivery and client management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to management on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand network reach.
