To support our growing business, we are seeking a Sales Consultant who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry , skilled in customer engagement, and driven to achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in slimming, facial, beauty, or wellness industry .
Strong customer service and consultative selling skills .
Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness with a keen interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality with excellent communication skills .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions daily.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (or other languages) to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software is a plus.

  • Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience , ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment choices.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, managing customer bookings, and coordinating with therapists.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, treatment history, and sales transactions

✅ Product Knowledge & Training

  • Stay updated on slimming technologies, skincare products, and facial treatments .
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Educate customers on aftercare routines and post-treatment maintenance

Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Consultation & Sales

  • Provide personalized consultations to clients on slimming and facial treatments , understanding their beauty concerns and recommending suitable packages.
  • Present and explain treatment benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

✅ Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and upselling additional treatments.
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals confidently.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer leads, inquiries, and appointments .

✅ Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience , ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment choices.
