The average Sales Consultant is earning $6,000 per month with our Top Gun earning an average of $14,000 per month.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a minimum of 3 years Sales/Sales Management Experience in Auto or RV sale
Be as passionate about succeeding as we are about the auto world
Have stellar people skills and a great personality
Have an unstoppable WILL TO SUCCEED and we will teach you the skills
Excellent Customer Service, communication and negotiation skills
Valid BC drivers license, clean drivers abstract

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements
Showcase and demonstrate various RV and vehicle models, features and options
Provide detailed information about pricing, financing options, warranties and service plans
Conduct test drives and walkthroughs to highlight features functionality
Assist Customers in selecting the right RV or vehicle that meets their lifestyle and budget
Negotiate sales contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and facilitate the sale process
Coordinate with service and maintenance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service
Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
Stay updated on industry trends, new products and competitors to provide recommendations and maintain competitive edge
