JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Landmark Systems, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the agriculture industry. As a Sales Consultant at Landmark Systems, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by connecting with farmers and agricultural businesses, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional service will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our clients in the ever-evolving agriculture industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the agricultural industry, is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse agricultural needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn about agricultural products and services are essential.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required for travel to client locations in rural and farming areas.

    Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with agricultural clients to understand their unique needs and provide expert advice on Landmark Systems’ products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agribusinesses to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team in supporting the agricultural community.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our solutions can enhance operational efficiency and productivity in agriculture.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share insights into agricultural trends and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the agricultural industry, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Landmark Systems’ solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or challenges.
