Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to showcase our full range of services and products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing tailored solutions and clear quotations.
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to expand our customer base.
- Successfully close sales by demonstrating the advantages of our services over competitors.
- Facilitate the price negotiation process with clients while maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage debt collection and ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Enhance customer retention by building and nurturing strong professional relationships.
- Conduct account management for assigned customers and monitor their commercial performance.
- Assist in customer surveying and the quotation process for tenders.
- Support marketing initiatives aligned with our growth strategy.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Share market intelligence with management to ensure our services remain competitive.

REQUIREMENTS:
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct or field sales.
- Proven sales skills with a record of generating leads.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
