Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to showcase our full range of services and products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing tailored solutions and clear quotations.
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to expand our customer base.
  • Successfully close sales by demonstrating the advantages of our services over competitors.
  • Facilitate the price negotiation process with clients while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Manage debt collection and ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Enhance customer retention by building and nurturing strong professional relationships.
  • Conduct account management for assigned customers and monitor their commercial performance.
  • Assist in customer surveying and the quotation process for tenders.
  • Support marketing initiatives aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Share market intelligence with management to ensure our services remain competitive.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct or field sales.
  • Proven sales skills with a record of generating leads.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
