We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help us deliver our unique and cost-effective permanent paint solution to homeowners mainly across Niagara region and possibly Hamilton.

Main Functions :

Sales

• Prepare quotes / sales contracts for potential customers at their home across the coverage area, using internal software (Spray-Network)
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Follow-up with existing and potential customer base.
• Take part in seasonal home shows to generate leads.
• Identify prospects and create new leads.
• Promote and sell Spray-Net’s products and services to potential customers
• Consult clients with their color selection.
• Provide the relevant information for paint ordering in timely manner.
• Coordinate with Operations team for technical issues/questions.
• Be a Spray-Net brand ambassador.

Customer Service

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain a trusting and professional relationship with the customer
• Monitor and resolve issues with the customer in a timely and professional manner (when and if they arise)
• Engage in continuous sales support

Qualifications/Requirements

• *Sales experience (2+ years required)
• Experience with home consultations
• Experience with home improvement is an asset
• Customer service
• *Very organized
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Own vehicle
• Autonomous
• *Time management skills
• Integrity
• Requires flexible working hours (including day time, evenings and weekends availability)
