Description:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly termite sales team based in Sydney. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of Pest services. You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your area. To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Sales Manager and the Sales Team.

YOU WILL HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Termite qualification is essential
  • Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/visits and leads from external and internal sources.
  • Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
  • Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
