Description:

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the building materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales team and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities in the UAE-Abu Dhabi region. Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales orders, inquiries, and customer requests. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. - Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system. - Prepare sales reports and presentations for the management team. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. - Provide excellent customer service and address any sales-related issues or concerns. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role within the building materials industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external clients. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - A proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of the UAE-Abu Dhabi market and customer preferences in the building materials sector would be an advantage. - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
