ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the Sales and Leasing department, with a particular focus on the Chauffeur Drive product. They are expected to demonstrate and maintain a customer-led, service-driven attitude.
The Sales Coordinator performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain the Reservations/Leasing/Chauffeur Drive email accounts, responding as quickly as possible to queries and requests in order to secure revenue.
- Support Chauffeur Drive events, both administratively and in-person, as and when required, with the account holding salesperson.
- Prepare quotations and ensure invoices match quotes for the Chauffeur Drive and Leasing business units for each month-end.
- Prepare & execute leasing agreements, amendments and lease returns as required,
- Exercise sound judgement when handling customer service issues; liaise and respond to customer and account queries in a professional timely manner.
- Reconcile general day to day accounts – audit, reconcile, code invoices for payment, raise & resolve enquiries.
- Coordinate Sales & Leasing logistical requirements with Operations, Fleet and Sales.
- Act as first point of contact with handling Sales & Leasing e-correspondence and phone calls.
- Assist with and manage infringements for Sales clients and tolls for the region. This may include investigating and resolving exceptions, and consulting and building relationships with infringement issuers.
- Complete corporate short-term lease extensions in ABG system in a timely fashion.
- Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data is accurate at all times.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time and as directed by the Sales and Leasing Manager.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision
- Comply with all ABG Policies and Procedures at all times.
