DESCRIPTION

Currently we are searching for a Sales Coordinator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Coordinate project tasks related to sales to ensure seamless information flow between departments and external parties.
  • Manage communication channels with clients to ensure timely responses and information flow.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and gather feedback to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Consult with the dispatch team to ensure customer requirements are booked and communicated effectively.
  • Upon receiving and comprehending the initial brief provided by the client, engage in further dialogue, and pose additional questions to refine and tailor the specifics of the project requirements.
  • Oversee sales projects and function as lead salesperson when required.
  • Create and manage filing systems, update spreadsheets, and store sensitive information securely.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous.
  • Three to five years experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Customer service driven, strong organisational skills ensuring completion of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
