Sales Coordinator cum admin

Job Summary
We are looking for highly skilled sales coordinator cum office admin who has experience in construction or general maintenance industry
*Assist in preparing the sales quotation
* Track and report on key sales metric and targets
* Provide the administrative support to the sales team
* Follow up with customer on Quotation submitted
* Follow up for payment with customers on behalf of sales team
* Track, monitor, and follow up on open/pending orders
* Coordinate with internal teams to compile necessary documentation
* Analyze tender specifications and propose competitive solutions

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, tender preparation, and quotation management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare and present technical proposals.
• Experience in coordinating shipments and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction Industry or General Maintenance
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mussafah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• construction: 3 years (Required)
