We are looking for a new Sales Coordinator to support the German speaking market. You will be part of a team of 20 other Sales Coordinators, working from our HQ in the heart of Copenhagen. You will play an important role in Muuto striving to provide best in class service.
The Role
As a Sales Coordinator for the DACH market, you will work closely with your Muuto Sales Managers and customers. In addition, you will be in daily contact with our Supply Chain department, Warehouse operations team, logistics partners to ensure goods are ordered at our suppliers and are delivered on time. You will also work with our Finance, Marketing, and Product Development departments.
As a Sales Coordinator at Muuto, you are in the center of action, which is very exciting and requires that you stay organized to not miss anything.

Key tasks involve

  • Continuous dialogue with Muuto Sales Managers and customers in the DACH region.
  • Answering a wide variety of questions from customers on phone and email and assisting in securing additional sales
  • Create orders and quotes in our systems (like Navision, SAP, AX)
  • Coordination with our supply chain, warehouse, and forwarders securing on time deliveries.

Your profile & competencies

  • The position requires that you are fluent in German and English
  • You are a proven multi-tasker and can juggle multiple cases/orders at a time
  • You are service minded, structured, and motivated by delivering excellent service
  • You have a positive and energetic personality with problem solving capabilities
  • You take ownership of tasks and execute them with the highest level of integrity
  • You are a team player but also work independently
  • Experience from a similar position or a Retail company is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like Navision, SAP, AX etc. is a plus
