SALES COORDINATOR – DUBLIN

Entegro are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Wayleave Department to enable the installation of our client’s network infrastructure. This role entails negotiating access agreements, processing approvals, and fostering long term relationships with Property Owners, Management Companies, and Regulatory Bodies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Contact property owners, management companies and regulatory bodies, to secure permissions required for fibre to the home upgrade rollouts.
• Ensure that all customers are provided with comprehensive and high-quality information regarding activities conducted by construction teams.
• Process approvals and access agreements internal and client tracking systems.
• Coordinate site access for crews, ensuring adherence to build plan schedules.
• Contribute to Wayleave business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Escalate Access/Planning issues related to wayleaves as necessary.
• Manage customer-related issues effectively and meet program delivery deadlines.
