Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hämeenlinna, Finland. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations of our sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Order, certificate and technical specification related tasks between sales and our customers
- Daily contact with customers by tracking and tracing orders
- Forecasting and keeping our IT-systems updated
- Calculation of Sales Price Calculations (SPC) for the Area Sales Managers.
- Making offers for the Area Sales Managers.
- Create contracts based on input from the Area Sales Managers based on Faerch standard templates.
- Handling claims in cooperation with quality department and the Area Sales Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales support or administrative role in the industry field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly. We run our ERP in Infor M3.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Finnish and English languages is essential
