Four Seasons Hotel New York is a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star Hotel since opening and is located in the heart of Midtown near Central Park. Our property has 368 spacious guest rooms and suites and is the destination for international and high profile clientele.
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our sales , catering, and reservations team . You will be responsible for assisting Sales Managers to sell and promote Four Seasons Hotel New York along with the reservations team . In this role, you will also support your team in functions including, but not limited to general administrative support, Golden Admin , t he preparation of contracts, site inspections, FAM trips, seamless data input, maintenance of databases, handling managers and directors’ email , answering phones and providing additional general office and hotel assistance when needed. Ideally this individual is interested in learning and growing in their role to take on new responsibilities and grow into a management role within two to three years.
