Description:

Are you ready to step into the fast lane of luxury automotive excellence? Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Lamborghini / Aston Martin dealership in Vaughan. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you’ll embody the essence of luxury and hospitality, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Duties:

  • Responsible for record keeping of all inventory
  • Maintaining and updating coffee bars
  • Performing licensing when required
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Greeting and directing client walk-ins and appointments
  • Providing refreshments to clients
  • Performing clerical duties such as receipting cash transactions via CDK Portal
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Skills & Experience:

  • CDK Knowledge preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Previous dealership experience preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
