Description:

We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Boston, MA, New York City, NY or Rochester, NY office.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Sales Coordination or similar role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as MS Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to independently manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring effective handling of challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and environments efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
