Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Advertising)
Job Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at Hexa Production, you will support the sales team by managing client accounts, assisting with campaign logistics, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is vital to maintaining efficient sales operations and ensuring that campaigns run seamlessly from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle client relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a sales coordinator, and account management role in an advertising agency.
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of fabric and printing materials & tasks.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Creative thinking and an interest in advertising trends and market dynamics.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking ongoing campaigns, and ensuring client needs are met promptly.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations between the sales team and clients.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and advertising materials for potential clients.
  • Track client requests and project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met across departments (sales, design, production, etc.).
  • Maintain CRM databases and keep accurate client interactions, sales metrics, and campaign performance records.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operation, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and providing insights into sales performance and client feedback.
