Description:

As the Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to provide support to the Sales Department and ensure timely, accurate distribution of support materials, reporting, and collateral. You will ensure that all territory performance reporting including volume, distribution and trade spend KPIs are disseminated to the appropriate person/department. You will be the steward of event materials and collateral.
You will split your time between our warehouse in Burnaby and our office in Gastown.

Responsibilities:

  • Key contact and administrative support for Territory Managers.
  • Ensure monthly sales packages for Territory Managers are up to date.
  • Receive and disseminate TM performance, shelf placement & KPI reports to sales management/marketing.
  • Update and maintain monthly sales vs budget reports, trade spend vs budget reports and master expense files by territory.
  • Management of sales tools on Microsoft Teams, including maintenance and upkeep of images and files.
  • Management of TM collateral requests, and communication with logistics on distribution.
  • Management of EZ Focus system including territory realignment and SKU addition/deletion.
  • Create and manage all documents for KPIs.
  • Coordinate the distribution of retail POS tools (price cards, sell sheets) and programing materials as per allocations including breakdown, repackaging, and shipping of materials and collateral.
  • Coordinate material movement between third party warehouses and the Company warehouse; including shipment pick up and drop off.
  • Prepare material for weekly sales conference calls.
  • Liaison with marketing for ad hoc POS for the sales team.
  • Assist in coordinating Quarterly Sales Meetings.
  • Manage Liquify including pre-ordering/maintenance.
  • Assist in events, along with sales and marketing teams.
  • Inside sales responsibilities for TBS retail stores in Ontario to ensure adequate inventory
  • Handle all design request from sales team and coordinate with design companies.
  • Other duties as assigned to support both the sales and marketing teams.
