Our Sales Department in Törökbálint is looking for a
YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferable 1 year of experience in sales administration / sales controlling and supporting a sales team
- You are fluent in English and Hungarian, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent administration skills
- You have strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Power BI are nice to have
- You can work on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload seamlessly
- Experience and understanding of how to implement new processes and policies effectively
- You are a team player and you have also a self-driven and proactive approach

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Teams in the Day to Day running and activities. Working effectively towards Sales targets
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Liaising with other department heads on customer issues, participating in meetings
- Daily and weekly reporting to the business as required
- Ensuring that the team works effectively towards the goals and targets of the company
- Ad hoc project work on back office/administrational procedures
- Liaising with other mangers in the business to support them with the back office
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials
- Preparation of daily reports and controlling sales data
- Managing and doing back-office support of the sales team
- Entering order information into the company database
- Order processing and follow up on deliveries
- Support sales relevant event planning
