THE ROLE

The Sales Co-Ordinator plays a central role within the commercial team, responsible for qualifying all leads to opportunities, scheduling & coordination of tours and achieving sales across Iconic Offices diverse selection of products/ packages over the phone. As a first point of contact within the sales process, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Iconic Offices brand and client experience is the key to success within this role.
Directly responsible for lead generation, qualification of inbound leads and the consistent maintenance of a healthy lead and tour pipeline through effectively utilising the internal CRM system. The sales co-ordinator will actively qualify private office enquiries in addition to overseeing all aspects of the flex services sales process from generating/receiving enquiries, through to completion by effectively liaising and coordinating with onsite teams across locations.
A passion for exceeding in client expectations/ requirements, excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail to ensure enquiries & bookings are completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner will be key to success within this role.
The sales coordinator supports the Commercial Manager to develop a culture that aligns with the company’s mission and vision and implements the plans of management. The sales coordinator reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

JOB PURPOSE

Leads assigned roles to achieve company objectives through consistent administrative, operational and organisational excellence discipline and commitment.
The role of the sales coordinator is to fulfil and execute the company mission statement daily and demonstrate a passion for our product/ services, people and our clients. Meet and exceed company objectives and KPIs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed commercial KPIs- inclusive but not limited to; sales tour targets, flex services, volume of meeting room bookings
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through consistent follow-up of inbound leads and generating outbound leads through effective strategy methods such as cold calling and emails
  • Manage all inbound sales channels, inclusive but not limited to inboxes, phone lines, emails, CRM, Inside Sales Queue and HubSpot Web Chat.
  • Develop, nurture, and fully manage leads to successfully book tours/convert into opportunities.
  • Understand our customer needs and requirements by effective sales qualification.
  • Proactively research prospects and identify key decision makers whilst keeping a consistent line of communication with the relevant salesperson person prior to booking tours
  • Proactively upsell private offices and flex services
  • Manage the day-to-day team diaries and the entire booking cycle for tours
  • Liaise with Iconic Offices partners to consistently nurture leads and drive to the opportunity stage, inclusive but not limited to; developing a lead pipeline and supporting closing deals when required
  • Identify potential corporate clients and manage and develop these critical relationships.
  • Actively maintain and expand Iconic Offices database of potential business prospects through consistent compliant use of the internal CRM system.
  • Present and report regular progress updates relating to lead activity, occupancy, tour booking and pipeline performance to the Commercial Manager/ key stakeholders. Any concerns or areas for improvement should be addressed within the same.
  • Collaborate with the operational function and wider sales team to review reports, planning and actioning solutions to identify and close the gap on missed opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador consistently delivering the highest level of service, information, and professionalism in all dealings with potential and existing clients
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all Iconic Office vendors
