Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to marketing plans creation under supervision of respective Marketing Manager.
  • Participation in marketing & field projects implementations.
  • Co-operation with advertisement/media agency in production or adaptation of marketing materials by preparing detailed briefs and monitoring performance.
  • Preparing and mailing copies of articles and other literature to the clients in accordance with received instructions.
  • Monitoring and supporting Key Account Managers in reporting process.
  • Compliance update to KAM team - updates of new BMS procedures/rules/documents.
  • Preparing Purchase Orders, filing all expenses reports and invoices.
  • Collecting and monitoring the process of making payments on invoices.
  • Monitoring of Department costs and preparing financial report on the monthly basis.
  • Administrative support: contracts filing, new vendors’ management.
  • Handling the schedule and calendar of the supervisor/Department, making travel arrangements, Etc.
  • Participation in Dep. Meetings - support.
  • Preparation of presentation materials for Dep. use, bringing support in documents preparation and translation.
  • Organizing internal meetings.
  • Cooperation with KAM team regarding their events & meetings.
  • Secure the smooth flow of information and effective collaboration within KAMs and marketing team.
  • Full compliance with all BMS policies & procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in assistant/admin position.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of computer.
  • Familiarity with office tools.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Awareness of how organization works formally and informally.
  • Knowledge of company’s mission.
