QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property development process, real estate terminology, and sales cycles.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems, with the ability to manage data efficiently.
- Problem-solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales team and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including managing leads, tracking client inquiries, and maintaining sales records.
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing project information, and scheduling appointments.
- Documentation & Contracts: Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system, ensuring client information and sales data are up-to-date and organized.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to the management team.
- Project Updates: Keep clients informed about project status, timelines, and any relevant developments.
